Our Programs
Little Kicks
The Little Kicks program is designed for children ages 3 - 5 who want to learn more about martial arts.
Students will learn the basics of Taekwon Do in a fun, engaging environment that focuses on both physical and mental aspects. They will begin to build the foundation of Taekwon Do through developing hand/eye coordination, balance and gross motor skills. They will also learn the tenets of Taekwon Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.
Students earn stripes for their belt as they show proficiency in the different areas of focus and may be eligible to graduate into the regular Taekwon Do program as a High-White Belt.

Kids Classes
Our regular Taekwon Do program for kids starts at age 5. Students learn more than just kicking and punching by focusing on developing hand/eye coordination, improving confidence, increasing physical fitness and learning self-control. In addition to learning the physical techniques associated with Taekwon Do, they will also learn the tenets of Taekwon Do, have monthly life skills lessons and learn the history of Taekwon Do. Classes are taught in a fun yet structured environment that one would expect from a professional martial arts studio.
Teen and Adults
Teen and Adult classes are structured to help provide our teen and adult students with the instruction that they need to be successful in our program. Teen and adult classes start for students who are 12 years old or higher.
Similar to our kids program, students will still learn much more than just kicking and punching as we focus on building the entire individual, not just the physical body. We strive to help our students improve their confidence and self-worth which comes at a critical time for many teenagers. We focus on the tenets of Taekwon Do and teach monthly life skills while also instilling discipline and self-control. Students must also learn the history of Taekwon Do and the meaning behind the techniques they learn.

Family Classes
We truly believe that "the family that kicks together, sticks together" and we love to see other students training together as a family.
Families are able to come and train together during regular classes to help reduce the burden of bringing different people at different times. We make every effort to have our adult students work together in class to ensure everyone is getting the most out of every class.
